It relates to planning and please look at 2020 onwards.

2^nd clarification requested:

We have no planning applications labelled Southill Estate so we will

I didn't ask you to limit your search just to planning applications.
Please search servers of members of the planning department including Jon
Shortland.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the authority must state whether or
not the information exists and I confirm that we do not hold this
information. We have carried out searches as requested which resulted in a
nil return.
