Request For Information, Bedford Borough Council

Bedford BC - OFFICIAL-Unsecure

Dear Alex Frazer,

I am writing to apologise for an error in my recent response to your
request for information.

In my response , I cited Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) 2000, which exempts information that is reasonably accessible to
the applicant by other means. However, your request falls under the
Environmental Information regulations (EIR) 2004, and the correct
provision I should have referred to, is Regulation 6 which refers to
information already publicly available and accessible to you.

I apologise for this oversight and any confusion it may have caused.

Yours sincerely
