System definitions:
Bed Management – Real-time bed states are viewable and accessible, enabling more efficient management of bed occupancy and patient movements.
Diagnostic Reporting - Test results which are electronically transmitted to the clinician who ordered them, with receipt acknowledgement.
Discharge Letters - The ability to electronically generate and send detailed discharge letters to GPs and other relevant HCPs, when a patient is discharged from hospital-based services.
Integration Platform - Software that supports the integration and interoperability of various clinical and management IT systems and services.

Please note that under the Freedom of Information Act, some information
can be subject to exemptions, which means that the Trust does not have to
provide the information requested. Some exemptions are “absolute” such as
personal information and some only apply where the “public interest” in
maintaining the exemption, outweighs that of providing the information.
In some cases, where identifying, retrieving and processing the requested
information requires more time than the “appropriate cost limit” of two
and half days work, we may refuse the request or we can charge a fee. If
the latter is the case, I will let you know and a Fees Notice will be
issued to you. In that case you would need to pay the fee before we

Could I clarify the new expiry date for your Bed Management TPP SystmOne system as you say you have no plans to replace it?
And could I clarify about Diagnostic Reporting system. We have information that your Trust has been using Diagnostic Reporting Sunquest - ICE system. Have you extended their contract or have you replaced the system?

Thank you for your reply.
To clarify Diagnostic Reporting. The Diagnostic Report resource is concerned with the process of observing, testing, and diagnosing a patient. It typically provides a textual set of information and interpretation after performing a diagnostic service or procedure such as a Radiology or Pathology report. For Diagnostic Reporting we are looking to get information on the system that processes the diagnostic tests.
