The partners with Colchester Borough Council (CBC) in the 'Beat the Street' programme are the Department for Communities and Local Government, Essex County Council, Livewell Colchester, Community 360, Colchester Catalyst and Intelligent Health.

The contributions made by CBC to funding the programme were as follows:

Startwell Programme: £38,130.40
Voluntary Welfare Funding £20,000.00
Total: £58,130.40
