Beach Byelaws for Weymouth Bay; signed and sealed copies

The request was successful.

Will Haynes (ludlow-eye.com)

Dear Weymouth and Portland Borough Council,

1) Please supply all beach byelaws in force for Weymouth Bay. These will include byelaws and local orders concerning dogs on the beach, use of vehicles and riding bicycles on the beach, lighting of fires, playing of music, sale of goods and services, etc.

Please ensure these are signed and sealed copies of the byelaws, and indicate date of enforcement. Referring to online copies held by third parties is not acceptable. Authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of these copies cannot be verified.

2) Please indicate any areas of beach along Weymouth Bay where these byelaws do not apply. For example, please indicate any areas of beach which are leased by the local authority and not subject to byelaw control.

Yours faithfully,
