BBC/TV Licensing Policies

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, British Broadcasting Corporation should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

I am making this request under the terms of section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

As you might expect, I have read the BBC's recent response to RFI20151450 with great interest. I note that disclosure documents released in response to that request make reference to the following BBC/TV Licensing policies:

- SITEE policy (also referred to as the SITE policy)
- RIPA policy
- PICS policy
- ID&V policy
- Data Retention policy
- Short Dating policy
- Third-Party Data policy

Under the terms of the Act, please provide full information contained within each of these policies. This includes any of those policies in uncirculated or draft format (as I believe the Third-Party Data policy is).

In accordance with section 11 of the Act, I require your respond to be delivered in electronic format to the return email address associated with this request.

I look forward to your timely and concise response, in accordance with the requirements of the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Jones

Dear FOI Enquiries,

I note that the BBC has thus far failed to provide a response to my request for information, RFI20151626.
The BBC is therefore in breach of section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please issue a response or valid refusal notice at the earliest opportunity.

Yours sincerely,

Dear FOI Enquiries,

I note that the BBC has thus far failed to provide a response to my request for information, RFI20151626.

The BBC is therefore in breach of section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please issue a response or valid refusal notice at the earliest opportunity.

My request was for the full information contained within policy documents, which the BBC should have no trouble facilitating.

I remind the BBC that if it wishes to redact the information requested, then it is not entitled to additional time to so - not that the BBC complies with the legislation anyway.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Jones
