BBC violations of The Watershed

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

On June 28th at 1802 BBC News, as part of coverage of the US Border Crisis, broadcast a shocking image of two dead bodies floating in a river. With this act BBC has violated the Watershed. BBC could not show fictional dead bodies due to the Watershed. BBC disregarded the Watershed by broadcasting images of actual dead humans.

Would the BBC provide an accounting of how many times the same video clip was broadcast, over a four week period? Specifically, between the dates of June 14th 2019 and July 12th 2019.

Yours faithfully,

DA Coker
