I write to you in respect of the recent decision to make certain radio programmes and podcasts exclusive to the BBC Sounds app for 28 days.

1. When was this decision taken?
2. Please can I request the minutes of the meeting at which this decision was taken.
3. Please can I request a copy of any impact assessment undertaken prior to this decision being made?
4. Please describe the criteria that was used to determine the content that would be BBC Sounds exclusive for 28 days.
5. Please disclose (if any) all other audio content that the BBC is considering making BBC Sounds exclusive (for 28 days or otherwise) over the next 12 months.
6. Please disclose any plans to allow voice commands through the Google Home platform to access BBC Sounds over the next 6 months?
