Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

I understand that the BBC is a publicly funded body and therefore is subject to the FOI Act 2000 and the BBC therefore has to respond to me as a member of the public making such an FOI request.

I request that I be provided with details of complaints specifically concerning the proposed withdrawal of the BBC Red Button Teletext service when it was announced on 16th September 2019. I request details of the complaints made since that date up until the present time 26th February 2020. I require copies of all historic and current data, records, correspondence and information, including written, email, electronic forms held by the BBC

Yours faithfully,

Lindsay Bush
