FOI Enquiries, British Broadcasting Corporation

Dear Sean Moran

I refer to your request for a FOIA internal review (IR2021010). Unfortunately, this request for an internal review was incorrectly recorded as being valid.

The BBC has already carried out an internal review in respect of your FOIA request (RFI20201080), and the internal review decision was provided on 6 October 2020 (IR2020055).

You subsequently requested another internal review on 22 October 2020, and the BBC advised that if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your internal review decision provided on 6 October 2020, you can appeal that decision to the Information Commissioner.

You have again requested an internal review on 24 January 2021, and this has been erroneously recorded as a valid request for an internal review. As an internal review has already been carried out, the review process through the BBC has been exhausted. As advised previously, it is open to you to seek a review of the BBC's internal review decision by the Information Commissioner. Information on how you can make such an appeal was included in the BBC's internal review decision.

Please be advised that this file (IR2021010) will now be closed.

Kind regards
