Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I am making this request for information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
This afternoon I've been enjoying a fascinating read of BBC documents relating to its failed redaction of sensitive TV Licensing data.
In one such document - an email to BBC Head of Revenue Management Pipa Doubtfire, sent on 7th July 2016 at 17:53 hrs - it mentions the existence of a "FOI Newsletter" that would be used to remind BBC employees about the safe redaction of documents and the use of Adobe redaction software.
Under the terms of the Act, please send me every BBC FOI Newsletter from 1st January 2016 to the present date.
That might be a lot of documents, but they should be easily accessible. As the BBC is aware, I am an avid and studious reader of its documentation, so I certainly don't mind receiving everything.
In accordance with section 11 of the Act, I require your response to be delivered in electronic format to the return email address associated with this request.
I look forward to your timely and concise response, in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
