Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

A partial response should surely at least be possible to:

"I would like to request the number of people who visited the
BBC complaints website between 8:00pm and 12:00am on Saturday 6/7/19 (in 10 minute intervals)"

The complaints form on your website is multi-purpose and not just related editorial complaints, so I see no reason why this section would exempt this part of the request being answered. The form includes general complaints, and I see no reason why that part would be exempt, and then it seems reasonable to be able to request data on impressions/traffic.

Furthermore, the issue was not about the editorial content like the examples mentioned in previous examples taken to the ICO, but simply the schedule.

Thanks,
Benjamin Roughton.
