Scrutiny of a public body, to ensure public money is spent correctly (i.e. not in paying to subsidise meals).
If it really cost a lot of money to answer this, rather than just an exchange of emails to catering, then perhaps the BBC would do well to examine why.
To be quite honest I couldn't give a stuff if you're worried or not.

Hello Mr Jones,
What was the point of this FOI request? I'm just worried that as an organisation I partly fund through the licence fee, this seems an odd thing to ask, and it would have cost something for them to answer it.
