Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,

Your contractors EKFB are currently working on Bowood La in the Chilterns. NE tell me that licence WML CL40 2021 has not been registered to this area.
Please show me the results of surveys in this area detailing number of roosts, potential roosts, and number of species of bats found.
Please also show me you're plans to mitigate for fragmentation of habitat, and given increasing evidence of Barbastelle in the vicinity, show me what you are doing to ensure Favourable Conservation Status.
