Please provide the following information about Cuadrilla Preston New Road site:

1) A copy of all communications to include, but not limited to emails/ minutes of meetings between HSE and Cuadrilla in 2017.
2) A copy of Cuadrilla's Baseline Noise Monitoring Survey prior to commencing drilling, with your response, and any subsequent replies from Cuadrilla.
3) A list of dates of site inspections and reason for HSE visits to the site, together with a copy of all HSE reports made and any subsequent responses from the operator and yourselves.
4) Please clarify if HSE have made any checks or permitted / requested any independent monitoring at either Sites 1 or 2, as outlined in the Noise Management Plan

Your request was received on 11th August 2017 and I am dealing with it
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act). Firstly
HSE would wish to apologise for the delayed response to your Freedom of
Information Request.

 

We can partially release information in connection to question 3 that can
be partially disclosed and is attached, information regarding third party
information has been redacted and withheld as it falls under the exemption
in Section 40(2) personal information (Data Protection) of the Act.

We are currently in the process of corresponding with a 3rd party in
relation to information requested in question 1 and to allow this process
to be completed, the deadline for this part of your request will have to
be extended to 24th October 2017.

 

I can confirm that the Health and Safety Executive holds the following
information:

 

1.            Still under review - deadline now extended to 24/10/17.

2.            Information is not held by HSE.

3.            Impact Report from site visit on 28th June 2017- redacted
report attached.

4.            Information is not held by HSE.
