Base Line Data
Dear Countryside Council for Wales / Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru,
Can you please provide the base line data and the subsequent data showing the clear decline in species types and numbers on which you can substantiate the claims that declines have actually taken place. Has this data been adjusted to highlight new species migration taking average sea temperature increases.
