Barry Biomass No 2, Barry

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Natural Resources Body for Wales should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Natural Resources Body for Wales,

I am writing to request copies of all documents including, minutes, correspondence, notes, emails etc. dealing with the possiblity of contaminated, toxic effluent being discharged into the local sewers and then into Barry Docks from the Welsh Waters Combined Sewer and Overflow, and how, if relevant, NRW satisfied itself that the applicant's proposals in respect of this was sufficient to ensure no such contamination will be discharged into the docks and protect the health and safety, and well-being of the people living on the Barry Docks Water Front Development, the Water Sports centre and its members, the muscle farm operating from the docks and the marine aquatic eco-system that has developed within the docks from any subsequent pollution.

Yours faithfully,

Kevin P Irish
