Barristers Meeting Their Mandatory Reporting Requirement Under United Nations Resolution 260

Sean Moran made this Freedom of Information request to General Council of the Bar
This authority is not subject to FOI law, so is not legally obliged to respond (details).

We're waiting for Sean Moran to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear General Council of the Bar,

1. Does the Bar Council know that the political ideology known as "multiculturalism" was the official ideology of the United Kingdom between 1997 and 2011?

2. Does the Bar Council believe that the political ideology known as "multiculturalism" breaches one, or more, articles of United Nations Resolution 260?

3. Does the Bar Council know that the political ideology known as "multiculturalism" has been exposed as a form of genocide by Nick Griffin MEP in 2011 in the European Parliament?

4. Does the Bar Council know that the political ideology known as "multiculturalism" has been exposed as a form of genocide by Frank Fields MP in the Westminster Parliament in London?

5. Does the Bar Council know that breaches of one, or more, articles of United Nations Resolution 260 carry a mandatory reporting requirement? And failure to meet the mandatory reporting requirement under United Nations Resolution 260 is an act of genocide in itself?

6. Does the Bar Council know that Doughty Street Chambers have met their mandatory reporting requirement under United Nations Resolution 260?

7. Does the Bar Council know what other Barristers' Chambers have met their mandatory reporting requirement under United Nations Resolution 260?

8. Has the Bar Council contacted any Barristers' Chambers to verify they have met their mandatory reporting requirement under United Nations Resolution 260? Please provide copies of all correspondence related to this question.

Yours faithfully,

Sean Moran

Dear General Council of the Bar,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of General Council of the Bar's handling of my FOI request 'Barristers Meeting Their Mandatory Reporting Requirement Under United Nations Resolution 260'.

I see no reason why an organisation dealing with the most serious legal issues in the UK can't provide such basic information.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Sean Moran
