Barns Converted under Permitted Development Rights in Boughton Monchelsea Parish
Dear Maidstone Borough Council,
Can I ask how many applications to convert barns within the Parish of Boughton Monchelsea since 1st January, 2015 have been made under the Prior Notification process into a dwelling as set out in Schedule 2, Part 3. Class Q (b) of the General Development Order 2015 (as amended) and how applications many have been approved?
Yours faithfully,
Fergus Wilson

Dear Complaints & FOI (MBC),
I look up the Website on a Daily Basis! Due to the delays that MBC has in putting the information on the information is not readily available. The answer is merely a number!
You should give that number,. The Council is required to be helpful and you are not being helpful at all
Yours sincerely,
Fergus Wilson
