Barnard Castle Vision-One North East Meetings
Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to submit a request under the guidance of the Freedom of Information Act.
In response to a previous such request, you provided me with the information that in the years 2007 and 2008, there were 13 and 8 meetings respectively (including board and subgroup meetings) between representatives from One North East and Barnard Castle Vision.
I would like to request that, along with any meetings held in 2006, the full minutes of all of these meetings be published.
I look forward to your prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
S Bainbridge

Answer:
Please find attached a list of the meetings for which we have minutes and
copies of the minutes. The information attached is provided from
information held by One North East. You will see from the minutes that
other meeting dates are referred to and if the minutes for that meeting
are not provided it is because we do not have that information on the file
and/or the meeting may have been cancelled and/or rearranged. In preparing
this information we also identified a number of other meetings in 2007 so
we have provided this information to you.
