Dear Department for Business, Innovation and Skills,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request that you publish any and all documents or correspondence materials pertaining to or about the group "Barnard Castle Vision".

I would also like to request information as to the cost to the
taxpayer of the so-called "Regional Economic Strategy" in the North East, for the last four financial years and a projected cost for the forthcoming financial year.
