Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews. I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Barley page framework'.
I am unable to find the information I have requested on the BBC's open source webpages and I would like the opportunity to narrow down my request. Please let me know how much you estimate each point would cost and I am willing to discuss this issue further.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...
Yours faithfully,
Connor A. Gurney

Dear FOI Enquiries,
I have got the code running on the Apache web server and am able to use it fine. However, you said and I quote, that you provided files necessary "to understand and implement the Barley source code." The "doc" directory appears to be missing as per readme.txt.
Yours sincerely,
Connor A. Gurney

Dear FOI Enquiries,
Why, then, is the doc/ directory missing?

Dear FOI Enquiries,
If you read the readme.txt file included in the barley.zip archive, you will note that a doc/ folder is referenced but no documentation is included in the archive. As such, I would ask that you review this apparently administrative error.
Should this request not be dealt with, I intend to make a complaint to the Office of the Information Commissioner in regard to your failure to provide advice and assistance under Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Yours sincerely,
Connor A. Gurney
