Bankruptcy petition not endorsed by the court
Dear Insolvency Service,
Please confirm whether the Insolvency Service Rules are mandatory and have always required that a court with insolvency jurisdiction must endorse the petition and on the copies, the date and time of filing the petition.
Can you please also provide what venue details for hearing a bankruptcy petition must be endorsed by the court on the petition.
And clarify if there are any exceptions to these rules for certain cases.
Yours faithfully,
Deb Williams
