Dear FOI,
Thats fine would The team please state how any officer in Cambridgeshire county council or its precepts adhere to legislation and perform statutory duties if (as you just stated ) Cambridgeshire county council does not hold the information.

It is also duly noted that there is no name in the reply ,also the fact the address is a box i.e no reverse liability .
As there is no name in relation to the team would you supply all team members names ,or would that require another foi,,

At this point i would also ask how cambridgshire county council adheres to the nolan principles,
For the fact you dont hold or are aware of basic information in relation to the the law / legislation

Does Cambridgeshire county council and agents of believe it is above the law or that legislation does not apply to them ?

Without ill will or vexation.

This will be passed over to the ICO also david gauke along with all the other evidence . We have asked your precepts SCDC to cease and desist as sadly they can not identify the person they keep sending mail to. Strange wouldn’t you agree

If you wish to keep exposing your complete contempt
Towards the public be my guest ..

We can all see what your doing, ignorance of the law is no excuse, i have also made the local police and crime commissioner aware of your actions.
Nothing personal its just business

This would be true of all your precepts would it not ??

(In Camp UK, If a business does not have a Consumer Credit Licence, and you are it's fictional ''customer'' consuming goods and/services, it's a criminal offence to operate without a licence.. and it's important because if they don't, they are abrogating the Mental Health Act when considering if people are vulnerable or have the capacity to understand and contract.in the first instance.)
