Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request documents which contain the following:

Correspondence (including emails) sent or received by Jon Ashworth (as a special adviser to the Chief Secretary of the Treasury), which refer to the issue of banking regulation, in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Correspondence (including emails) sent or received by Jon Ashworth, which refer to bankers’ bonuses, in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Correspondence (including emails) sent or received by Jon Ashworth, which refer to immigration from the 2004 EU accession countries, in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Correspondence (including emails) sent or received by Jon Ashworth, which refer to the use of PFI contracts in the NHS, in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Correspondence (including emails) sent or received by Jon Ashworth, which refer to the private provision of healthcare in the NHS, in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
