Bank spend

The request was successful.

Dear Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust,

I am researching the bank market, and would appreciate it if you could provide me with the following:

1) The total amount spent on bank staff in 2013/14.

2) A breakdown of the spend between:
• Nursing & HCA’s
• Admin & Estates
• Medical & Dental
• AHP’s
• Ambulance
• Others

3) Do you provide staff to others through a bank, or is it exclusively for the trusts’ own workforce requirements?

4) Do you use any external/3rd parties to manage your bank workforce?

5) If so, the name of the provider and contract start and end dates would be appreciated.

Thank you very much for your time and effort.

Yours faithfully,

J Taylor
