Whilst the information you requested may be held by us, we have estimated
that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate
limit under the FOIA 2000.  The reasons are given below.

 

The information being asked is very broad. There are many rates of bank
pay etc. given the point of time and demand.  If it is possible for you to
identify which information would best suit your need we could prioritise
gathering this first until the appropriate limit of £450 / 18 hours of
staff time is reached.
