Our response is as follows:

 

 1. How many people are on band B1 waiting for a 3 bedroom?

• 1311

 

 2. How long roughly on band B1 is the wait for a 3 bedroom?

• Based on lettings during the period 1^st April 2022 to 31^st March 2023
where the client had a Band B1 and were housed into a 3-bedroom
property (both for Council and Housing Association properties), the
average wait time was 49.01 months

Please note that the wait time reflected above are only for those
applicants who were rehoused, and does not take into account all of those
applicants who are still waiting and not rehoused under Band B1.
