Freedom of Information Request Ref: 1675

I refer to your recent request for information about Band A 3 bedroomed
houses.

I can confirm that the Council holds the information that you have
requested. However, it considers that the information requested is exempt
under Section 40 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, as it constitutes the personal data of someone other than you.
Section 40(2) of the Act provides that personal data about a third-party
is exempt information if one of the conditions set out in Section 40(3) of
the Act is satisfied. This includes circumstances where the disclosure of
personal information would breach the fair processing principle of the
Data Protection Act 1998. This is an absolute exemption and there is
therefore no requirement for the Council to consider the public interest
in the disclosure of the information you have requested.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your freedom of information
request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review
requests should be submitted within two months of the date of your receipt
of this response to your request and should be addressed to: Nathalie
