Bampton Estate and Subsidence
Dear Lewisham Homes,
I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide copies of the following documentation held by Lewisham Homes pertaining to properties and subsidence on Bampton estate dated from 1st January 2014 to the present:
a) Any and all surveys relating to the the properties on Bampton estate that are in the possession of the Lewisham Homes.
b) Any information (whether contained in emails, letters, minutes or reports or otherwise) which relate to properties and subsidence on Bampton estate SE23
I would prefer to receive the information electronically.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material or if necessary redact material that contains exempt, personal or sensitive information. If you require any clarification, I expect you to contact me under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance.
Please acknowledge receipt. I look forward to hearing from you within 20 working days, as required under the Act.

Dear Customer Relations Team,
I find it difficult to perceive there are no reports relating to this topic when surrounding buildings have experienced this issue. Even on forums the matter has been raised.

After a previous FOI to Lewisham home information was released and shows failure in Lewisham Homes. Only one of the blocks was surveyed and a report produced, which mentioned the blocks of flats were constructed in 1966. In further surveys the reports the flats are reported to be constructed in 1980 and some of the components have exceeded the maximum life. These reports also highlight that blocks of flats have double glazing installed which again highlights the validity of the reports carried out!
