Please find below our response to your Freedom of Information Request:
1. Data, as percentage of the overall, on Bangladeshi, Black Caribbean,
Indian, Pakistani and White heritage students, employees (teachers,
non-teaching employees), by grade, and governors of the school.
Student breakdown for the groups as requested:
Bangladeshi - 8%
Black Caribbean - 3%
Indian - 2%
Pakistani - 44%
White - 3%
We do not hold ethnicity data on our staff as it is not compulsory. We ask
applicants to complete the attached recruitment monitoring form which is
sent out with the job application. This monitoring form is always detached
from the application and is not considered in the application process.
2. Details of any Positive Action programmes to address any
under-representation in the workforce and governing body of any of the
above groups.
