I respond to your Freedom Of Information
request received by EMail. First of all I must apologise, we did send you
out a formal acknowledgement of receipt of your request on the 28th
September , but you may not have got that as on looking at it I missed out
a letter in your rather convoluted EMail address.
In relation to each of your questions I respond as undernoted --

1 What were the grid connection costs by the Distribution Network
Operator?
I have to advise you that we do no longer hold this information in our
records

2 What wind speed data was given for the location , what is the upper and
lower wind speeds?
The wind speed attributed to this site is 7.058m/s based on a height
of 54m at this location.
The WEC has a lower wind speed operation figure of 2m/s , it will cut
out when the wind causes revs of 30rpm, please note that the lowest wind
speed recorded so far is 0.2m/s and the highest was 25.6m/s

3 What were the foundation costs?
The amount allowed for "Construction of the Turbine Base" within the
Contract Summary was *49,564.00

4 What is the annual insurance costs for the wind turbine
The annual insurance costs for the wind turbine are *516.92
