as "The Balance Of the Public Interest Test."
2. Does the above Test include Fundamental Treaty Rights and
Fundamental Human Rights?
3. If so, please provide a list of all the EC/EU Treaties this test applies to.
4. Please provide a list of Human Rights Conventions this test applies to.
5. For example, does the Test apply to the U.N.C.R.P.D ?
6. Are all DWP Policies and welfare benefit payments fully compatible
with all EC/EU Treaties, Legislation and Human Rights Conventions
signed and ratified by the UK?
7. Are judgments of the European Court of Justice and European Court of
Human Rights fully complied with up to the present date?
8. Do you have a register of all EC/EU Social Security Legislation and
Judgments of the European Court of Justice and the ECHR ?
