Regarding the Section 106 dated 04/08/05, which was entered into with Persimmon Homes Ltd, for 200a - 206 Kingsmead Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe please can you provide a financial breakdown of any contributions received that remain unspent including those that have been allocated and are due to be spent.

concerning balance of contributions remaining.

 

This request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
I can confirm that Buckinghamshire Council does hold information falling
within the description specified in your request.  Please find the
relevant details .

S106 monies secured from this development were spent in line with the
agreement.  There remain no unallocated or unspent funds.

On 1 April 2020, the new Buckinghamshire Council replaced the five former
councils in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Vale District Council,
Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks
District Council and Wycombe District Council).

 

All local government services previously provided by the former councils
have now transferred to the new council.
