Bailiffs and TV licence fees

Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,

Nadine Dorries, Secretary of State for the DCMS stated that "This licence fee announcement will be the last. The days of the elderly being threatened with prison sentences and bailiffs knocking on doors, are over."

Please provide statistics or any qualitative data held by the DCMS on the times bailiffs have been used in each of the last five years to collect television licence fee payments or otherwise enforce the television licence fee.
