many other councils have been able to answer these questions in the public interest

in the interest of transparancy i would ask that you answer as per other councils using your code of ethics and your bailiff contract

it is easy to answer yes or no as their are no maybe answers to those ethical questions

please try a bit harder in the public interest

prescribed regulations. Any actions outside of this could be considered as
a breach of contract.

dealing with vulnerable customers.
 
Bailiff’s stopped levying in April 2014. Enforcement Agents provide a full
report for all liability orders returned to the Council.
