Dear Lark, Alex,

I acknowledge receipt of your response. As a matter of fact, I and my family were assaulted during an eviction process by 3 bailiff officers.

I believe that the code of conduct of bailiff should be available publicly and you shoud have it in hte procedural guidelines in Ministry of justice. the request is a general one.

Each job has a role and responsibility and I will be thankful if you could provide me with those of bailiffs as soon as possible and will be more helpfulif it is sent to me by 29th August 2012. The information will be very helpful to me for future procedures.

Yours sincerely,

mrs ismail
