Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

On the 24th August 2020 the Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Education (Cllr Tom Usher) made a decision "Public Spaces Protection Orders in New Brighton and West Kirby".

Page 6 of that Report (that I've just linked to) lists the following Background Papers:-

4. Human Rights Impact Assessment
5. Equalities Impact Assessment"

This EIR request is for a copy (to be supplied electronically) of both background papers 4 and 5 which are titled "Human Rights Impact Assessment" and "Equalities Impact Assessment".
