Back editions of your county bus map.
Dear Cumbria County Council,
Good afternoon. Under the Freedom Of Information Act could i please request PDF copies of each and every edition of your county bus map that you have produced between now and the first edition. If you don't retain copies that far back then please provide me with as far back as you can go. This would be very helpful. Many thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Anthony Williams

Dear Information Governance,
Good morning. This message is to let you know that i have now reported you to the Information Commissioner for your complete and utter failure of the Freedom Of Information Act laws. Not only have you failed to reply to my Freedom Of Information request within 20 working days as required by the act but you have also now failed to reply to my Internal Review request within 20 working days as required by the act as well. You have not even bothered to update me or send me any emails or any information about the progress of my Freedom of Information request or about the progress of my Internal Review request. You have completely failed your legal duty to respond. It would be appreciated if you could reply to me immediately as soon as possible. I am sure that the Information Commissioner will be in contact with you very soon. Many thanks.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Williams, I write further to your request of the 23rd April 2019
(shown below) in which you requested an internal review of the handling of
your Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] request which the Council recorded
under reference IG-01332.
I can confirm a review has now been carried out and a response to your
original request for information was provided to you yesterday (Friday 7th
June). The review has highlighted a number of learning points for the
Council as to how your request was handled. This learning has already
been discussed with the Information Governance Team so as to reduce
similar delays occurring in the future when dealing with requests that
require responses containing large data files to be issued.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in the response being
provided and any distress or inconvenience this may have caused you. I
would normally advise as part of a review response that should you remain
dissatisfied with the Council's response you have the right to appeal to
the Information Commissioner. However, I note from your email of the 31st
May 2019 you have already taken this step. I can confirm the Council will
respond directly to the Information Commissioner with regard to any
enquiries received with regard to your request.
Yours sincerely,
Steve Tweedie.
Information Governance Manager.

Dear Information Governance,
Thank you for your recent reply to my request and to my internal review. I am glad that the review has highlighted learning points for your council. I do understand that sometimes it can take longer than twenty working days to provide information but it would be good if you could just inform people when this is the case. Just not saying anything or giving any updates or replying to any emails when requests are overdue and when internal reviews are overdue is not helpful. I am sure that the information commissioner will probably be in contact shortly to discuss my complaint more as you have acknowledged. But thank you for eventually responding to my request and to my internal review.
Unfortunately the link that you sent doesn't seem to be working. It won't let me view anything. Every time that i click on the link it just says the following:
------------------------
"Sorry, the package you requested is not available for download yet.
This may happen if the package author is still uploading it. Depending on the size of the package it may take a few minutes.
Please wait a little and retry."
------------------------
Are you able to fix this so that i can view what you sent to more please. I don't seem to be able to view it at the moment. Many thanks.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Williams

Once again I would like to offer our apologies for the delay in responding
to your request and the subsequent issues whilst trying to access the
documents.
Due to amount of data we tried to send it as a larger file which seems to
have caused the problems, however I will now send across over 3 emails. If
the issues continue, please let me know as soon as possible and I can
arrange for these to be posted out to you if you could provide a postal
address.
