B. Anthracis batches December 1990

Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency did not have the information requested.

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

21st December 1990 - An URGENT fax was sent to Dr Jeremy Metters (DOH) from NIBSC in reference to serious loss of conditions in animals when combining CERTAIN BATCHES of B.Anthracis with pertusis (whooping cough).
Dr Metters obviously urgently forwarded the information to MOD. So both departrnents carrying out their work professionally and diligently.
Please could you inform us veterans which B. Anthracis and or batches had the serious reactions with the pertusis. Unfortunately MOD are very good at losing, misplacing or destroying data! Thankyou in advance,

Kind Regards ,

Gavin Roberts

Dear MHRA Customer Services,

Thankyou for your honest reply!

Veterans are finding it very strange that documents/data surrounding the most Contraversial vaccines ever given to our troops and no one holds any information on them?

Very very very very strange.

How can DOH and MOD ensure between them, that the same mistakes cannot happen again on our troops or indeed on population, if nobody knows what the mistakes were?

The fax clearly states SEVERE LOSS OF CONDITION IN ANIMALS! There must be some data somewhere? or it is a clear case of negligent 'Duty of Care' wouldn't you agree?

Perhaps it is worth just double checking, as this is damning evidence if it is the case that veterans can use in the Court Arena as evidence on lack of 'Duty of Care' surrounding them!

Thankyou for your help in this matter, it is very much appreciated

Kind Regards,

gavin roberts

Dear MHRA Customer Services,

Thankyou for responding.

It is ok, the missing data is just another clear display of MOD's negligent 'Duty of Care' of its troops now veterans!

Thankyou for confirming it.

Your efforts are much appreciated,
