Aylesbury estate regeneration - variation of development partnership agreement

Southwark Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Southwark Council,

Today you announced that there has been (or is going to be) a variation to the Development Partnership Agreement (DPA) between the Council and Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association for the redevelopment of the Aylesbury estate.
See Cabinet report here: http://moderngov.southwark.gov.uk/docume...

Please provide me with a copy of this deed of variation to the DPA (or draft as the case may be). Please also provide me with a copy of all communications (emails, notes, letters, internal memos etc) with Notting Hill Genesis that are associated with the negotiation of this variation.

Yours faithfully,
