Dear Ms Plewniak
Thank you for the information.
I would like to request some clarifications.
The number of Aylesbury secure tenants rehoused on redeveloped phases 1a and Site 7 is given- 112 - but no information is given about the rehousing of the original tenants decanted from the site.
1 Could the Council tell me where the secure tenants from phase 1a and Site 7 have been rehoused?
The total number of households decanted according to the figures given in your reply amounts to 1098 - 403 tenants (Phase 1b/1c), 410 tenants (Phase 2), 285 leaseholders - which would leave 212 households unacccounted for, from the total 1310 households decanted, .
2 Can the the Council explain the discrepancy?
Yours sincerely
Jerry Flynn
Dear Mr Flynn,
Please note I have forwarded your request for clarification onto the relevant business unit and hopefully will come back to you shortly.

Dear Mr Flynn,
Please note that we have been trying to establish at this end where you might have got your figures from, but unfortunately to no avail.
Have you been provided with the below information by the council? Please let me know, at your earliest convenience, and we will then clarify our response.
Phase 1a: 53 households decanted
Site 7: 59 households decanted
Phase 1b/1c: 566 households decanted
Phase 2: 632 households decanted

Dear Ms Plewniak,
You have asked where we obtained our decant figures.
The planning committee report for the Aylesbury masterplan outline application (ref:14/AP/3844) confirms the total number of dwellings decanted from phase 1a, 1b/1c and site7.
The decant figures for phase 2 (632 households) were obtained from the agenda report of the Aylesbury Area Housing Forum meeting which took place on Tuesday 19 September 2017.
I trust this will assist you in providing information on where the remaining 212 households have been decanted to.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Jerry Flynn

Dear Mr Flynn,
Please note the below clarification I have received from the relevant business unit with regards to this:
Thank you for the information.I would like to request some clarifications.
The number of Aylesbury secure tenants rehoused on redeveloped phases 1a and Site 7 is given- 112 - but no information is given about the rehousing of the original tenants decanted from the site.

2 Can the the Council explain the discrepancy?
Please find below clarification requested to FOI request 837399.
The following number of properties are currently either demolished, vacant or occupied by temporary accommodation across all currently active or completed phases of the regeneration:
Phase 1a: 53
Site 7: 59
Phase 1b/1c: 562
Phase 2: 647 (includes 14 properties as part of Plot 18)
Total: 1321
The information previously provided on the 285 leaseholders acquired to date was across all phases of the regeneration. To clarify, the Council has to date acquired 295 leasehold interests across all phases of the regeneration, with 202 leasehold interests acquired in phases 1a, Site 7, Plot 18, 1b/1c and phase 2.
The data provided on tenant moves for 1b/1c covers moves September 2010 to May 2017. At September 2010 there were properties that were vacant or occupied by temporary accommodation. To provide information on moves before September 2010 would exceed the time and estimated cost of one person spending 18 hours in determining whether we hold the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information. Consequently, we are not obliged by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to respond to your request (see section 12(1)). However, under section 16 of the Act we have a duty to advise and assist and so have provided information held.
The data provided on tenant moves for phase 2 covers moves April 2013 to March 2017. At April 2013 there were properties that were vacant or occupied by temporary accommodation. To provide information on moves before April 2013 would exceed the time and estimated cost of one person spending 18 hours in determining whether we hold the information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information. Consequently, we are not obliged by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to respond to your request (see section 12(1)). However, under section 16 of the Act we have a duty to advise and assist and so have provided information held.
The moves data for Site 1a and Site 7 is provided in the attached document. Where there is a balance of properties these properties were either void or occupied by temporary accommodation at the commencement of the rehousing for these phases.

Martyna Plewniak
