Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,

I request details of forensic investigation visits to the offices of Axiom
DWFM.

What visits were made to this firm by FIOs acting for the SRA in the last
five years? This should include the date and how many FIOs attended.

For clarity, I am not requesting any details about the investigations
themselves or what was found. I am solely asking if and when the firm was
visited.
