The ODS Contract Register, which is updated regularly, does not list a contractor for this tender, and therefore it has not proceeded to award. The Contract Register can be viewed online here:

Formal contracts, such as the one described in the tender document you referred to in your request, are individually negotiated arrangements with third party suppliers that require a bespoke set of terms and conditions, the details of which are placed on the ODS Contracts Register. However, as well as these formal contracts, under the Local Government Transparency Code 2015, public sector organisations are required to publish all transactions with organisations with a value over £5,000, which are also recorded in the ODS Contracts Register.
