Avian Flu testing in Sandwell 2021-22, locations please?

The request was successful.

Dear Animal and Plant Health Agency,

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the environmental information regulations.
In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

Please provide all test results and their locations for birds submitted as part of the wild bird monitoring scheme for avian influenza within the borough of Sandwell , West Midlands. I include sites owned by Sandwell council, and those privately owned or owned by CRT.
I am aware that the APHA compile an online list, but this does not state the geographic location on a site by site basis, which is what I am asking for, as well as the date of test result and positive AND negative tests for all birds submitted.

Public information has for example "confirmed" positive tests and named the specific location such as
https://www.expressandstar.com/news/envi...

Therefore I do not see that exemptions of non disclosure of such locations can be justified when public health is the claimed point of testing for such alleged diseases which outweighs non disclosure of settings which are in the main publicly owned and publicly accessible.

To clarify, I am seeking results tested between November 1st 2021- January 20th 2022.

I understand that under the act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you could confirm that you have received this request. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future via the what do they know website address.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Carroll

Interesting that only half of the birds tested positive for so called "avian flu"- so what did the others die from and why is this not being pursued?
