it takes for an assessment to be completed, following a referral of a
client to adult social care. The information given below lists, for each
month where an assessment was completed, the average number of working
days (rounded to the nearest whole number) that it took each assessment to
be completed following a referral. The assessments used in the information
below are based on assessments completed by CYC’s Customer Assessment and
Hospital Work Teams. The earliest month that information has been kept in
