Our Response:
Response
Peterborough City Council (PCC) do not analyse as standard the time to
complete an assessment from the request to the completion. We provide a
holistic assessment based on the well-being principles and this means that
depending on need and complexity this can vary.
Individual cases are monitored by managers and case supervision used to
ensure that people are not left stuck in the assessment process. As such
we do not hold the waiting times you request.
