Dear Medway Council,

I would like you to provide stats on the average wait times for an Adult Social Work needs assessment over the last 3 years. If possible please break it down by month. If the above breaches the maximum aloud to spend (Section 12 of the FOIA) on a request please prioritise the last year.

I expect a response within 20 working Days.

Yours faithfully,

Euan McCutcheon

Dear Medway Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Medway Council's handling of my FOI request 'Average wait times for Adult Social Work Needs Assessments'.

As this request is ridiculously overdue I request a review into the handling and why I still have not received a response.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

EUan McCutcheon

Good afternoon Mr McCutcheon

Thank you for your email below in which you request an Internal Review in regard to your Freedom of Information request.

I can confirm that I have been asked to conduct the Review for you.

Whilst I refer this issue to the service manager I would be grateful if you would clarify for me your exact meaning of "Adult Social Needs Assessment" there are several definitions of the term for instance short term and long term assessments to name just 2.

Kind regards
