Information Act 2000/Environmental Information Regulations) or 1 month
from receipt (Data Protection access requests).

I would like you to provide stats on the average wait times for an Adult
Social Work needs assessment over the last 3 years. If possible please

It should be noted that due to the implementation of a Multi-Agency
Safeguarding Hub (MASH), as from the 1^ST of September 2017, any urgent
safeguarding concern referrals have benefited from an immediate response
by senior safeguarding practitioners.  Responses have included safe and
well visits along with and or requests to adult social care teams across
the borough for health and social care assessments to be conducted.
Additionally the professionals within the MASH make referrals for 3^rd
sector interventions when appropriate.
