Average time taken by UTIAC to decide appeals
Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,
I would like to request the following the information: the average (mean) amount of time taken by the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) to decide appeals against decisions of the First-tier Tribunal from lodging of an appeal to a final decision. Could the information be broken down into the particular types of appeals. Also, I would like to request this data for the years 2010-2017 inclusive.
Many thanks.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Thomas

Dear Paul Sagoe,
Many thanks for this. Please would it be possible to have the available quarterly information since 2010 - without the information for January to April 2017? Thanks.
Yours sincerely,
